Here is a look into some of my earlier projects.

I have previously created sound for LEGO games and products at Sublab Games. For Trapholt Museum for Modern Art and Design I did a Podcast Portrait of Verner Panton. At Sonic College i composed a musical piece for 187 speakers in a six-story building. For Ammeral beltech i created a sonic identity and audio logo for EP unitool. At Aarhus Teater I worked as an audio engineer for theater.

LEGO Raft Survival

At Sublab Games i was the sole sound designer for this game project for LEGO and Epic Games. Here i created and implemented sound for a brand new Pirate experience, within Fortnite. The game is created in UEFN and I gained new skills working within this special version of Unreal Engine.

I also composed a three-part pirate soundtrack for the title.

Part of the game’s sound include: Designed explosive cannons, boat and sea ambiences, LEGO rafts being destroyed and LEGO minifigures – Characters from the classic LEGO Barracuda set (Including Captain Red Beard, voiced by me).

Verner Panton: Farver en ny verden (Podcast)

This is a podcast produced for Trapholt Museum for Modern Art and Design, about one of the most impactful interior designers, Verner Panton. My role in the project was overall organizer, conducting and editing interviews and research, mixing, SFX and ambience.

TankTrouble

For this classic web-based game I had the honor of recreating the entire soundscape in a massive audio overhaul update. I composed new original music and remade all sound effects, as well as recreated very characteristic sounds from the old audio version to keep the playful tone of the game.

I focused on keeping the tone of the audio playful, while keeping the more powerful weapon effects sounding big, explosive, and juicy.

LEGO Toy Factory Tycoon

With Sublab Games I got to deliver sounds for this festive UEFN holiday LEGO Fortnite game project.

The game features the sounds of toy factory machines, animals, Santas jet fueled sled, and other fun stuff. There are lots of magical and icy sounds to be heard.

Spacemap Go – Composition for 187 speakers

The atrium in UC Syd’s facilities in Kolding contains a massive speaker system, with 187 speakers placed in the ceilings and walls of the 6 floors. Here i composed a piece called Vakuum, that explores the space with the enormous soundsystem.

This binaural recording does not do the piece justice, however it demonstrates parts of the panning and some of the sonic movement.

Vehicle Engine Audio in Sci-fi Games (Implementation & Design)

As part of my Bachelor’s at sonic college, this project explores vehicle engine implementation and sound design in Wwise (utilizing SoundSeed Grain) and Unity. The project focuses on how to convey different characteristics and feelings through vehicle audio.

Immersive Audio Walk – (Wwise)

This is a project that utilizes more advanced 3D audio tools within Wwise such as collision, obstruction, reverb zones as well as changes in footsteps and jumping sounds dependent on the ground material. Furthermore, I recorded a bunch of samples, such as layers of a real campfire and the ambience, from a forest with 1st order Ambisonix recordings.

Playdio – Interactive Audio Game Installation

Playdio is big and physical gaming console and the project was a collaborative effort, in which we designed and prototyped a permanent interactive sound installation for the cultural community center “Nikolai” in Kolding.

Four buttons and four speakers open up many possibilities for a lot of different games. We created two different musical games, and a third “idle” game-state, that consists of autogenerative ambient music to suit the mood of the space.


Nordic Game Jam: Hoedown Hero

With Sublab Games I attended Nordic Game Jam where we created this musical milking game. Utilizing the LEGO Wireless SDK package, to connect a LEGO Technic Hub and 4 tacho motors that simulated an udder, we made this silly game, with a dynamic music system, and space cow sound effects throughout.

Modular TV

Here I created a sonic identity created for Ammeraal Beltech Modular A/S, and their new Modular TV. Capturing the company’s values, and the new product’s functionality in an animated audio logo, musical, breakers and background music.

Functioning as a DJ and producer I am part of the drum and bass outfit DOVN, producing, releasing and performing electronic bass music.
